The rules of the service, in plain words
This is what we agree on when your business hires Atenty: what she does, within what frame, with what limits, and how you leave. It's written to be read, not to hide.
What Atenty is
Atenty is your Customer Care Manager: a service that runs your business's after-sales care on your own channels — answers in under a minute, cases followed until the confirmed close, proactive status updates, Google reviews, and customer recovery. She is currently in development: this site lets you save a spot free of charge and with no obligation, and see your first week of cases as a gift.
Your guidelines rule
Atenty acts inside the resolution guidelines set by the business's owner: what she can resolve on her own, up to what amount she can refund, what gets promised and what is never promised. Anything beyond the guidelines is never improvised: it reaches you the same day, case fully assembled and with all the context. Changing your guidelines is your right, at any time — Atenty works with the latest version you've set.
Responsibilities
Commercial resolutions — exchanges, replacements, reshipping, rescheduling, compensation, and refunds — are your business's decisions within your guidelines: Atenty executes and communicates them, but the commercial relationship with your customer belongs to your business, and so does the responsibility of delivering what was promised. Atenty answers with the statuses she reads from your systems; if a source data point is wrong, the answer will reflect that data, so the accuracy of your systems, your schedule, and your catalogs is your business's responsibility.
What Atenty is not
Atenty is not legal, accounting, or any other kind of professional advice, and she doesn't replace your business's obligations toward your customers or toward the platforms you use (WhatsApp, Instagram, Google, or others). Sensitive cases and anything outside your guidelines remain yours: Atenty brings them to you fully assembled, the same day.
Plans and founding price
Launch plans cost USD 239.99 / 339.99 / 439.99 per month, depending on the plan you choose. Whoever saves their spot today keeps the launch price frozen for 12 months from activation, whatever happens to public prices. Saving a spot charges nothing and obliges nothing: billing starts only when you activate the service.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time, with no lock-in and no penalty. When you cancel, the service stops as you choose, and unused days of an already-paid period are governed by our Refunds policy. Your data and your cases' records are handled as stated on the Privacy page.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we'll let you know by email before the changes apply. Two things never change by surprise: your founding price during its 12 months, and the rule that the guidelines are set by you.
